It is often sold from a portable food booth, food cart, or food truck and meant for immediate consumption. Street food is very popular to the Philippines and it is very affordable and every Filipino love it.
Street Food Safety and Cleanliness
- According to Gatchalian (2010),the provision of continuous food safety education, some financial assistance through social services affiliations, and basic water and waste management utilities were recommended to diminish the gap between knowledge and practices of safe street food vending in school campuses.
